Adults : Drink 2-4 cups per day
Directions for use
Add 3 tbsp of herbs to 1 liter of hot water, cover and let sit for about 10-15 minutes. Filter.
Contraindications
Do not use during the first trimester of pregnancy. Consult a health practitioner before use during the second and third trimester of pregnancy or during breastfeeding, or if you have gallstones or anemia. Avoid taking simultaneously with prescription drugs.
Do not use with alcohol, drugs or health products with sedative properties. Some people may experience drowsiness. Caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a vehicle or performing activities requiring mental alertness.
