Refund policy

!! Important: Recent Policy Update : Exchanges are no longer accepted—they are now replaced with refunds that are just as flexible and simple as before:

• Gift card + 10% (calculated on the price before taxes and shipping)
• Refund to the original method of payment

No exchanges accepted.

This allows us to process requests more efficiently and avoid prolonged stockouts.

To get a different item, please request a refund and place a new order. (this is the only way to reserve an item).

Returns accepted within 45 days of purchase (60 days for Europe).

Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility. You may:

• use our return platform (simple and easy-to-use, $12.99 + tax, deducted from the refund), or

• choose another carrier (you are responsible for the parcel until its delivery at our warehouse).

Eligibility requirements

Items must be:

• purchased on mmelovary.com,

• in new condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged,

• returned with their original pouch and tag (if applicable).

Refund-eligible items

Period underwear, kits of period underwear, menstrual pads, Journal intime menstruel.

Non-refundable items

Menstrual cups, menstrual discs, Intimate soap, detergent tabs, gift cards, finale sale items.

Refund options:

• Gift card +10% (calculated before tax and shipping)

• Refund to the original payment method
