Estimated delivery time: between 7 and 45 days, depending on the destination.

Delivery Issues

Damaged Package

If your package appears to have been damaged during transport, please email us as soon as possible at info@mmelovary.com, including a photo of the package as received. We will be happy to help.

Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received

Delivered by Canada Post

If the status shows delivery within the last 24 hours, please follow Canada Post’s procedure for marked-as-delivered packages. If more than 24 hours have passed, contact us directly at info@mmelovary.com.

Delivered by another carrier

Please email us promptly at info@mmelovary.com. We will do our best to resolve the situation quickly.
